A roof is a system, and it's only as good as its weakest layer. Every replacement includes a full tear-off so we can inspect the decking, then new underlayment, drip edge, flashing, pipe boots, ventilation and ridge cap, installed as one system.
We install Class 3 impact-rated, 130 mph wind-rated 50-year shingles with manufacturer-grade components from underlayment to ridge cap. Upgrades are available if you want more hail resistance.
We pay our crews above-market rates because skilled, motivated installers get it right the first time. Nail placement, flashing details and ventilation are where cheap roofs fail, and where we slow down.
Every replacement includes our 10-year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer's material warranty registered in your name.

Most homes are completed in one to two days, weather permitting. We'll give you a schedule before work starts.
No, but we'll walk the property with you before and after. We do ask that cars are out of the driveway and anything fragile on interior walls is taken down, since tear-off can cause vibration.
Impact ratings measure how well shingles resist hail, from Class 1 up to Class 4. Class 3 shingles are tested to withstand larger impacts than standard shingles, which matters in North Texas hail country.
