Backyard pergola and patio beside a wood privacy fence

Fencing

Fences built to stand straight.

North Texas wind knocks fences down and hail splits and stains pickets. We repair storm-damaged sections or replace the whole fence, built solid so it stays standing through the next storm.

Signs your fence needs work

After a storm, walk the fence line and look for:

  • Leaning or fallen sections
  • Broken, cracked or missing pickets
  • Loose or rotted posts
  • Hail spatter marks, splits and dents on pickets and rails
  • Gates that sag or no longer latch

Built to stay standing

Most fence failures start at the posts. We set posts deep and solid and use sturdy rails and fasteners, so the fence holds up to wind instead of acting like a sail.

Part of a full exterior inspection

Fence damage is often a sign the storm hit the rest of the property too. Our free inspection covers the roof, gutters, siding, windows and fencing in one visit.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you repair part of a fence instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the posts are solid and the damage is limited to some pickets or rails, a repair makes sense. If posts are failing along the line, replacement usually lasts longer.

How do I know if my fence posts are failing?

A post that wobbles when you push on it, leans, or is soft at the base is failing. Rot at ground level is common on older wood posts.

Do you build new fences too?

Yes, including wood privacy fences. We'll talk through height, style and gates when we come out.
